Run in browser securely & offline

When on, Scrivona installs as an app on your device and caches its shell so you can reopen it without internet. Off by default — your choice. Disabling fully unregisters the worker and clears its caches. Add ?sw=off to any URL as an emergency kill switch.

Enable installable app + offline shell

Same-origin only; signed in published builds (not in dev/preview).
HTML is network-first with a 4s timeout; offline falls back to a safe /offline shell — never stale pages.
API calls, auth callbacks, and the manifest are never cached.
Your preference syncs across your devices via your profile.

Require password re-auth when the app returns from background

Lock afterof inactivity. 3 wrong passwords = sign out + clear offline cache.

Background sync for daily accuracy & regulation checks

When supported by your browser, Scrivona wakes up roughly once a day, fetches a small status summary, and notifies you if the daily bestseller-accuracy or regulation-watch run flagged changes. Falls back to a one-shot sync on next reconnect when periodic sync is unavailable.
